AI transparency

The intended system has separate responsibilities. An orchestrator chooses the round. An interviewer asks the next question from your answer. An evaluation step writes structured feedback. A coach recommends what to practice next. Resume and job-description parsers are separate services so the conversation is not also the scoring system.

None of those remote services are connected. The room uses a local interviewer with a few visible rules: short answers are sent back, answers that only say “we” are asked for your part, and a skill found in pasted resume text can appear in the opening question. The report says it used that heuristic.

The readiness number is practice performance. This service is designed for interview preparation and practice. It does not guarantee employment or selection. It is not a hiring probability.
