Data handling in this preview

Interview setup, transcript, and the demonstration report are stored in your browser’s session storage. They are not sent to an application server. Closing the tab ends that copy from the product’s point of view; your browser may keep session storage until the tab closes.

The camera and microphone, if you allow them, stay on your device for a preview. This build does not record, upload, or analyze video or audio. Speech-to-text is not connected, so the transcript is the text you type.

Contact and institution forms do not submit to a server. Do not use them for sensitive information. Email hello@example.com if you need to reach a person.

What a production service would process

If accounts and a model are later connected, the service would need your account email, the role you select, resume and job-description text you submit, interview answers, and practice scores. It would use that material to run the interview and write the report. It would not sell that material. A production notice must name the processors, the regions, and the legal basis before that collection starts.

Data retention

This preview has no server retention because it has no server copy. The intended rule, subject to counsel: practice transcripts would be kept only as long as the account needs them for the passport and reports, and deleted when the account is closed or when you delete a session, unless a shorter period is required.

Access, correction, and deletion requests can be sent to hello@example.com. Until an account system exists, there is no remote profile to export.
