How to request deletion
- Email [email protected] from the Google account you use to sign in to AI Interview Readiness Platform.
- Use the subject line “Delete my account”.
- We confirm the request by replying to that address, then delete the account within 30 days. We email you when it is done.
AI Interview Readiness Platform is a product BY BHARGAV RAM. If you cannot write from the same email, include the email on the account and we will ask one question to confirm it is yours.
What is deleted
- Your name and email stored from Google sign-in.
- Your practice profile and onboarding answers.
- Resumes, job descriptions, and interview answers you added.
- Practice reports, scores, and course progress.
- Sign-in sessions for the account.
What is kept, and for how long
- Payment records (order id, payment id, amount, coupon code) are kept for up to 8 years for tax, refund, and accounting needs. They are not linked to your practice material after deletion.
- Security and audit logs, such as sign-in attempts, may stay for up to 90 days and are then removed.
- Backups are overwritten on their normal cycle, within 35 days of deletion.
Razorpay and Google keep their own records under their own policies. Deleting your account here does not delete your Google account or your Razorpay payment history.
Before you delete
Deleting the account ends access to the product. A paid plan is not refunded because of deletion alone. See the refund policy for when a refund applies.
