HR rounds check whether the story you told earlier still fits, and whether the practical details of joining are understood. Treat them with the same preparation as a technical round, with less jargon.
Prepare three short answers
- A one-minute introduction tied to the role.
- A reason for the move that does not insult a current or previous team.
- The constraints a hiring team should know: timing, location, study load, or notice period.
Compensation research belongs to you. Bring a range you can explain from public information or conversations you are allowed to cite. Do not expect a practice tool to name an employer’s budget.
