HR questions look personal, but they are still about the role. Answer the version of the question that helps a hiring team understand how you work.
Questions that commonly appear

- Describe a disagreement at work or in a project team.

Strengths and weaknesses
Pick a strength you can attach to a piece of work. Pick a weakness that is real, specific, and already being practiced. Do not choose a weakness that is a compliment in disguise, and do not choose one that is a core requirement of the job with no mitigation.
Your questions
Prepare two questions about the work: how the team reviews it, and what the first month is expected to produce. Skip questions that only ask about perks until you are in a conversation where that is the topic.
