A resume is an interview script you did not mean to write. Every verb you choose can become a question. Prepare the page and the spoken answer together.

Write lines you can defend

• Use verbs you can demonstrate: built, wrote, reconciled, interviewed, tested.
• Attach a scope you know: who used it, how long it took, or what changed.
• Remove a metric you cannot explain if someone asks for the source.
• Keep project names consistent with what you will say out loud.
